Meet the Team

Kym
Kym set up Property Safe Inventories in Cheshire in April 2007 and has never looked back, with a degree in Business Information Technology Management this isn’t quite the career she thought she would have, but she fell in love with the job and now thrives on making sure that tenants and landlords end their tenancies happy and content, because of her help.

“I love my job, I’ve always had an interest in property and I love meeting new people so this ties the two things together nicely, it’s not always easy but for me that challenge makes it more fun. My main aim is that my clients always feel comfortable that we are working fairly and eventually leave feeling happy that we have looked after them, their property and their deposits”

Danny
Danny is new to the team after PSI’s expansion and is currently enjoying his new role. With 15 years of Sales Managers experience behind him Danny brings a fresh dynamic edge to the company and is currently working hard to introduce new business.

“It was clear to see that Property Safe had something which other inventory companies lacked, a strong desire to ensure that all of their clients were happy, and for me this was refreshing as Kym truly cares about people walking away from PSI with only positive thoughts. I’ve had personal experiences with deposit schemes and I genuinely wish I had known about Property Safe sooner as the whole process would have been so much simpler”

Catherine
Cath set up Property Safe Inventories in South Wales in April 2007 and has since relocated to Cheshire, although Cath likes to believe she is now retired we often call on her experience and skills to assist us. Cath has 40 years of experience within the property sector and is an invaluable member of the team, hence why we are not quite ready to let her leave.

“My plan was always to retire at 60 and the success of Property Safe has allowed me to do that, it’s nice to have the opportunity to still be involved with the company and I don’t foresee them allowing me to rest just yet”
